About Sonal:
One morning, when practicing her daily yoga routine, Sonal noticed her 15-month-old daughter practicing alongside her. The smile on her daughter’s face and obvious joy of the practice was enough to confirm Sonal’s simple mission: to introduce the benefits of yoga to as many children as possible and give them the life-long foundations of health and happiness.
This was the moment that gave birth to YogaChamps which, 13 years later, has been providing children with the opportunity to undertake yoga in a safe, fun and interactive environment.
As a highly qualified and experienced teacher, Sonal provides a safe, peaceful and stimulating environment that promotes energy and excitement in children of all ages. As a mother of two young kids, Sonal fully understands the physical and emotional needs of the children at their tender age and provides them with a fun yet peaceful sanctuary within her programs. With passion and love, she has positively influenced the lives of thousands of children. She also conducts professional development workshops for teachers at child care centres and schools.
