It has been in good fortune over the past year or so to have our yoga instructor Sonal with us at the centre. We are very pleased with the results she has shown to our children and they love her dearly. We have found that she is very dedicated, reliable and professional and is very genuine when it comes to caring for working with our children. She makes them laugh, calm and very relaxed when instructing them. When they see her coming they jump for joy. We couldn’t ask for anyone else to do what she does, out children have achieved very much improvement with their yoga skills and we are very proud to have her as an instructor
